Planeslides.com is strictly a platform that provides a marketplace between sellers and buyers.  All queries relating to sales should be directed to the relevant marketplace seller.  Sellers are clearly indicated on all products both in listings and on a product view page.  Please do not direct any questions regarding specific orders or products to planeslides.com (unless they are regarding our products).

Delivery:

All seller's delivery terms should be available under their profile page.  If not please contact the seller directly.  Contact details can be found via their profile page which can be located on the sellers page

Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases please get in touch with seller.  We do not process returns.
